Get your Community involved in The Big Lunch

Sunday 2 June

Cheshire West and Chester council is encouraging communities in the borough to take part in this year’s Big Lunch event.  The annual event is a great reason to have lunch with your neighbours in a simple act of community, friendship and fun.  This year’s event takes place on Sunday 2 June , but you could hold it anytime during the summer months.

To help with the planning of Big Lunch events across the borough the council will be waiving road closure fees.  Visit the Cheshire West and Chester events pages for advice and tips on planning your event.

Tell us about your Big Lunch event and we can help publicise the event for you.  Send through pictures and videos of your event to: ecommunications@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk. and we will upload them to Talking West Cheshire, Cheshire West TV and Flickr.
