There are approximately 8,359 affordable housing properties in Chester. Affordable housing covers social rent, intermediate/affordable rent, shared ownership, sheltered, supported, HOLD schemes, older persons’ accommodation, keyworker schemes, homeless prevention schemes, ‘discount for sale’ properties.
