Little Sutton

Large swathes of the Little Sutton neighbourhood fall within the boundary of the Rivacre Valley Country Park which offers the local community easy access to a green oasis of woodland and meadows.

Little Sutton has 4,000 residential homes, most privately-owned with a small cluster of Council-owned properties to the north east of the neighbourhood next to the train station.

This neighbourhood offers a range of local shops, a community centre and several primary schools.
