Blakemere

Visit Blakemere in its beautiful rural setting for crafts, antiques, Supagolf, aquatic and falconry centre and lots of special events.

Northwich Beer Festival

Now into its 19th year, this event is organised by The Rotary Club of Northwich, The Rotary Club of Vale Royal and CAMRA - North Cheshire. The Memorial Hall Northwich plays host to a fantastic range of beers and great bands during the weekend festival. In 2011 over £8,000 was raised for local charities.

Northwich Market

Northwich's spacious retail market hall and traditional outdoor covered market are still as popular as ever. Visitors to the market enjoy browsing nearly 60 specialist shops and stalls.

Northwich Woodlands

To the north of Northwich town centre where once was derelict land is now the nine countryside sites which make up the Northwich Woodlands. Enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding, or take part in one of the many events.

Purple Cactus Comedy Club

One of the biggest and busiest comedy clubs in the country is based right here in Northwich. Every month, four of the best international acts entertain crowds at the Northwich Memorial Hall. Booking is advisable as most shows sell out.

Castle Park Arts Centre

Castle Park Arts Centre is used for a range of events, workshops and classes for people of all ages.

Weaver Hall Museum and Workhouse

Explore the imposing Victorian building of Weaver Hall Museum and Workhouse and discover the fascinating history of this former workhouse. Displays, changing exhibitions and special events, not to mention a mini cinema, make this a great day out.
