provide a service called DemenShare, an online peer support network
for everyone in Cheshire looking for support, information and
advice about dementia. For further information visit the

We also provide a Dementia Advisor Service to help people living with dementia or memory loss and their carers by providing home visits to discuss any information queries, find services and promote home safety.

is the leading support and research charity for people with
dementia, their families and carers.
Alzheimer's Society provides a range of services throughout the local area to support people affected by dementia.
Services include, six support groups, one-to-one information and advice from Dementia Support Workers, Dementia Advisers and a Befriending service.
